Minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed on your rumtar payment dashboard. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at our discretion, with notice published on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of rumtar, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim arising from rumtar use is limited to the amount you deposited in your account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Jurisdiction notice: We at rumtar do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online gaming or sportsbook wagering is prohibited by law. Users are solely responsible for verifying that their access and use of rumtar comply with their local regulations. Our services are available only where applicable law permits. Use during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek observances follows the same terms as all other periods; we do not impose special restrictions during these holidays.

Payment Method Policies and Chargebacks

When you deposit via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank virtual accounts, we rely on those providers' settlement confirmation. Deposits are recorded on your rumtar balance once we receive settlement notification from the payment provider. If a payment is rejected or reversed by your bank or e-wallet provider, we will deduct the corresponding balance from your rumtar account.

We do not accept chargeback disputes initiated through your bank after you have deposited funds and used your account. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider after depositing into rumtar, we will close your account and forfeit any balance. This protects our platform against payment fraud.

You acknowledge that deposits via e-wallet are final once the QR code is scanned and confirmed by your payment app. We are not responsible for failed or delayed mobile banking transactions caused by your bank, e-wallet, internet connection, or payment provider downtime.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the rumtar platform. Continued use of rumtar after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a modification, you may close your account; however, you remain bound by the terms in effect when your account was active for any dispute or liability arising during that period.

We will notify users of material changes (e.g., new prohibited activities, modified payment methods) through in-app messaging or email, though notification does not delay the effective date of the change.

Final Provisions

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and rumtar regarding your use of our platform. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

We at rumtar reserve the right to suspend or terminate service in any jurisdiction at our discretion. If we cease operations, we will provide notice and guidance on account closure and fund withdrawal procedures.

By using rumtar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in their entirety.
